A kick system makes me nervous for the very possiblity of abuse. On the other hand, being able to kick those putzes that join in missions and go afk (then get a free complete) also bugs me to no end. However, the chances of abuse are still way to high.
/not signed in current PvE state
/signed if we are always able to choose our groups
/signed if drops are kicked when the player is kicked
/signed if kicked player is replaced with another (via the reconnect coming soon) or a henchie (/whine)
/signed ONLY if this is in PvP or none of the above are put in first
Otherwise maybe a new system of "earnings" might be better.
Since kills would leave out monks and support characters from a lot of faction earnings, perhaps make it based off of attacks, spells against foes, health healed, repairs done, damage prevented... etc. That way, each person has to actually "do" something beside sit and look silly; and since the spell has to alter or effect something to gain the points, the leecher can't just sit there casting reversal (or whatever) on themself. Just a thought.
